Enter TDA's Two Decades of Squeezebox Insanity Video Contest
The songs of Those Darn Accordions have inspired plenty of strange
mental imagery (and maybe a few hamster-related nightmares) over the
years. Capture your own vivid TDA vision on video, and you could win a
sweet set of earphones.
Just pick a TDA song, make a video for Those Darn Accordions' Two
Decades of Squeezebox Insanity Video Contest, and upload the clip to
YouTube. If your video is picked as the First Prize winner, you'll get
a pair of Ultimate Ears 700 Noise Isolating Earphones, which retail
for $229. These are great earphones: They utilize advanced audio
technology that's used by 75 percent of touring musicians live
onstage. (And they make accordion music sound fantastic!)
How to Enter:
1) Record an original video featuring any TDA song. You must use the song in its entirety to be eligible.
2) Post your video to YouTube and tag it "TDAMusic" before May 31, 2009. E-mail TDAPublicity@gmail.com with a link to your video entry.
We'll announce the winner June 7, 2009, here and on our blog, The Wall
of Wheeze.

Rules:
By submitting videos to the contest, you grant permission to Those
Darn Accordions to use the video and any video stills in promotional
material and/or live performances. Videos must be submitted by 11:59
p.m. PST May 31, 2009. Permission is hereby granted for use of any
Those Darn Accordions song in any video submitted for this contest.
However, entrants certify that no other copyright-protected music or
imagery will be used in the videos (unless they own the copyright in
said music or imagery). One First Prize package, one Second Prize
package and one Third Prize package will be awarded to the top three
winning entries. If the winning entry is submitted by more than one
individual, the prize will be sent to the participant who submitted
the winning entry. Winners will be chosen by Those Darn Accordions.
Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries received.
All taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize
substitution is permitted. Winners may be required to verify their
entry.
